		Quality Improvement / Management Program is a quality assurance program that studies many areas of the facility. We are committed to surgical excellence through our quality improvement and management program. These ongoing studies provide our staff insight in providing better quality surgery. They include: Medical Records Review Physician Peer Review - independent review of every surgeon's performance Anesthesia Peer Review - by the Anesthesiology Doctor Quality of Care Cost of Care Our Patient Satisfaction Survey is one method of obtaining information from our patients in a confidential manner. This method has been successful thanks to our patients who comment and, in some cases, critique all aspects of the facility reviewed. NWC believes that better patient care involves the patient's input.
